All credit card details are required to confirm all bookings, these are held on file and guarantee the bookings for you.

NOTE: The credit card details that you give me shall not be forward to any other supplier for any payment of any goods/services without your permission.   Your credit card details may be used for charges/fees incurred  due to late cancellations and /or charges/fees not paid for at checkout. Guest are liable for any damages, in and around the property and any breakages, your credit card shall  be charged  plus a further charge for any consequential loss of income,   Please note that the cancellation policy is detailed below

Booking & Cancellation Policies

RECEPTION HOURS – please arrange for late “check-in”


• Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only.

• Please NOTE No visitors are allowed in the rooms after and no smoking is permitted in any of the Motel Apartments.

• Group booking terms are negotiated individually and a deposit or bond will be required plus Three months notice for all CANCELLATIONS!

• Payments for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival. (NO REFUND FOR SHORTENED STAY).

• All credit cards are accepted but we do add a small surcharge to Diners Club credit cards & American Express to offset the additional cost to us.

• Children are 'people' and get charged accordingly. (unless they are under 1 years of age),

• NOTE: Cancellation policy as listed below...PLEASE READ CAREFULLY



Please note that a administration fee of $20.00 will apply to any cancellations that are made.

No fees will apply if we receive a minimum of 72 hrs notice of any cancellation, prior to arrival date. Should 72 hrs notice not be provided, the total accommodation will be debited to the credit card held on file, unless we can successful on sell the booking for you, then we shall refund you as appropriate. During our Peak season, which includes Christmas,New Year late January, February, early March, Public or School Holidays and any Major special events 21 days notice will be required prior to arrival date. Less than 21 days notice then the entire accommodation will be debited to the credit card held on file.

NO SHOW POLICY – All No shows will be charged.
